Willow Oak is a neighborhood on the south side of Lexington, KY. It boasts a single entrance to the neighborhood and backs up to Boston Rd, Millpond Rd, and Everetts Dale. The neighborhood has 3 separate parks, one of which has a fire pit for residents to enjoy, 2 gazebos, beautiful bridges, a walking path and a pond. The neighborhood was initially conceived and started in 1986, and the first 12 houses were built under the original developer, before Ball Homes took over construction, and finished the neighborhood in the following years.
